Yes. If you start with the Free plan, you can upgrade to Pro at any time. You can also create a team later. Keep in mind that the Team trial is only available during the initial team setup.
You get full access to all Team features for up to 10 members with no billing required. After the 30 day trial ends, you can subscribe to continue using the workspace. If you choose not to subscribe, your team enters a 30 day grace period where the data is preserved but access is paused.
No. You can create an account and start using the Free plan without entering payment details. A payment method is only required if you upgrade to Pro or start a paid Team subscription.
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Team subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and no further payments will be charged.
We do not offer refunds for unused time. If your team reduces seats during a billing cycle, the remaining value is converted into credit for future invoices. This credit is automatically applied through Stripe.
Yes. Many small agencies and service teams use Borddo to organize client work, track deliverables, and collaborate across their team.
