What is a team?


A team is a group of users who collaborate on shared boards and projects. Teams help organize people around a common goal or workspace, making it easier to manage permissions, share resources, and track progress together.

Create a team


To create a new team, make sure you are on the homepage (you can click the Borddo logo to get there).

Once on the homepage, click on the "New" button and select "Team".

Team information


Once on the "Create team" page you will begin filling general information about your team.

Name

This is the title of your team, it will be used to identify it throughout the application, in places such as homepage or email involved operations.

Seats

Seats in a team refer to the number of user spots available under your current plan. Each seat allows one person to be part of the team with access to its shared boards and features.

If your team grows and you need to add more members than your current plan allows, you'll need to purchase additional seats. This ensures each team member gets the right level of access and functionality.

Checkout


You can choose between a monthly or yearly plan — the yearly option may offer savings with annual billing.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
